We ask for one thing: your email. Here is exactly what happens to it.

What we collect

Your email address, an anonymous referral code we generate for you, and the referral link that brought you here (if any). Nothing more.

How we use it

To confirm your place on the CADENCE waitlist, send launch updates and founding-member details, and count referrals so your chapters unlock.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your email. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send unrelated marketing.

Storage and security

Waitlist records are stored in our managed cloud database with access restricted to the BALONCE team. Your referral code is also kept in your browser so your unlocked chapters persist.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by writing to hello@balonce.co and we will remove it.
